Todd graduated from Temple University with a degree in Organizational Studies and attended Temple's school of Real Estate. Upon graduation, Todd focused on property management overseeing a 500,000 sq ft Class "A" commercial building in the heart of the Business District.
In January of 2006 Todd decided to switch his focus to residential sales. After joining the Atacan team, Todd closed his first transaction within ten days and listed and sold his first listing in a mere 14 days. Todd has resided in Ritenhouse Square for the past two years taking advantage of the abundant restaurant and entertainment scenes while maintaining unique insights into what drives the booming urban professional market in the city. In his spare time Todd enjoys traveling and coastal visits for windsurfing.
